Graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in 2001, and then completed the EMBA at the University of Sheffield, UK, 2008.

He started his career in 2001 in Delta Bank as a loan officer. In 2003 he moved to Raiffeisen bank as business credit analyst, and then Head of the Department of Credit Analysis and the Department for credit risk management. Soon after, he was promoted to the position of Director of Risk Management. Here he acquired experience and expertise in risk management, analysis of business operations, management of problematic assets, change management and crisis environment, liquidity management, human resources and organization. In late 2010 he became a member of the Executive Board and Director ofRisk Management at EFG Eurobank where he performed a whole series of functions in the field of strategic management andbank risk management.
