The IPARD program is based on co-financing projects in the fields of innovating and improving agricultural production, and according to the principle of refunding investments by a certain amount (50%-70%). The program is aimed at small agricultural farms, entrepreneurs, as well as small and medium firms. Projects supported by the IPARD program vary from buying new agricultural machines, building cold storage objects, processing plants to building and setting up ethno villages. The value of these projects vary from 10 thousand to 2 million euros.
