Slobodan Mijailovic has completed a three-year Master program in Project Management at the University of Liverpool in 2012, with his thesis „Project Management Approach to Organisational Transformation: Exploratory Study in Serbian Company“ closely related to his actual professional engagement. He is a member of PMI Institute USA and its Serbia Chapter, and holds a PMP® license as of 2013.

Slobodan spent a significant part of his professional career abroad and gained substantial international business experience in foreign trade sector, predominantly in agro-industrial commodities and fertilizers. In last 10 years he has been engaged as a manager on several large projects and programs, such as a feasibility stage of complex technological project for Victoria Phosphate in Bosilegrad and corporate transformation program of Victoria Group, through which he completed his professional capacities in managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, project risks, organisational structuring, parallel work at several projects, stakeholder engagement, feasibility studies, market research, marketing strategy, and strategy implementation in practice.

Slobodan is a member of Peterhof team since 2014 at consulting projects related to corporate strategy, business planning, market research and market positioning, organisation structuring and development. Also, as a trainer he has completed a number of in-house and open trainings in project management in accordance to PMI methodology.
