Milan graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade in 1997. He has worked in multiple positions within the private sector until 2003, since when he has been working exclusively within accounting and taxes. He has participated in tax restructuring and regular tax advisory for many domestic and foreign clients.

He finished a specialist training course in tax advisory with the Chamber of Commerce in Belgrade in 2013, graduating from a specialist course in transfer prices with the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 2014, and graduating from a specialist course in tax advisory from the same faculty in 2018.

He is a member of the Serbian branch of the International Fiscal Association.
