dr Lidija Barjaktarović

A Doctor of Economic Science in banking and finance. Since 2008 she has been working as a professor at the Singidunum University of Belgrade teaching the subjects Business finance, Managing risk and Banking. From 2012 to 2015 she worked as associate dean for teaching with the Faculty of Business, Singidunum University, and since 2014 she has been the manager of the masters program Business Economics at the same University.

She started her ten-year long career in banking in 1998 in Jugobank Belgrade, moving on to Societe General Yugoslav Bank, Belgrade, to be promoted to Director or regional branch for central Serbia at Raiffeisen Bank Belgrade.  In 2005 she starts working in Erste Bank Novi Sad as department director at the sector for business with legal entities. By the end of 2007, the Erste group nominates her as a member of the Corporate Board and Corporate Working Group on the level of Erste holding. She has participated in various trainings, working groups and conferences, of which she highlights: Certified Agile and Scrum Master, Black Belt Six Sigma Manager, leader of team for transforming the sector for doing business with individuals and the sector for doing business with legal entities in Erste Bank Novi Sad. She speaks English and Russian.

She has been a lecturer at the following business schools in the Republic of Serbia: 1) Academy for banking and finance in association with the National Bank of Serbia (from 2009 to 2014) teaching on the topics of modern banking, managing risk in banking – operational risk, managing risk in insurance, applied corporate finance and managing risk in company operations, 2) Mokra Gora School of Management (from 2010 to 2015) teaching finance, 3) Valor Academy (2014 to present) teaching on corporate products within banks.
